Not registered on network

Hi, I can't make or receive phone calls. My WhatsApp and everything else is fine. Emergency calls only. I'm not technological and am panicking. I can't even phone sky to give them remote access.

I just get a message on screen saying "not registered on network". Please can you help me?

You might need a replacement sim if yours has developed a fault. 


As you have internet access you could try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page and there is also a messaging service at the bottom of this page:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.

Mine is the same. Says emergency calls only!! Have restarted my phone and made sure updates done. Very worrying

Thankyou for responding. I hadn't changed anything at the time, but now having followed lots of guides, have pressed things which has confused me even more. I feel even deeper down the rabbit hole. Will have to ring sky and request another sim. I was expecting important calls which has added to my distress. Will have to ask a friend to ring sky on another phone. So frustrating and frightening (I'm disabled).
