I have Samsung Galaxy A35 and sim 2 sim cards from Sky. Both have been activated by SKY. Neither will work in the Samsung phone but both work fine in my Samsung tablet and an old i phone i have. Both when put in the Samsung phone say not registered on network. Can anyone help

Is the Samsung phone from Sky, if it isn't is it unlocked ?
