Morning All,
Not happy at all, my new phone was been deliveryed on Friday 11 but i missed it by one minute, and that i agree is on me, the driver said as he has stated its missed it won't be back until monday which the tracking confirmed. I then got a message on Saturday 12 morning it will be with me on Saturday at 15:00, so i had to change plans which was not easy, but got home way before the time. to only have a message from DPD stating they missed me and had a photo of a house which was not even my house and i have found out it was on a street 3 streets away. So this morning on Monday 14 it now states its going back to sky. Do i complain to sky or DPD? please stop using DPD for domestic deliveries as they sub contract for that, if you are a business they use their own.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor you original delivery you were given a one hour time slot so really I don't think there is much you can complain about as it is up to you to either make sure that you are there or someone with the same surname and has their own ID is.
For the other delivery issues it will be DPD to complain to.
