Not receiving verification OTP codes

Switched from Ee to sky not receiving verification / OTP codes so can't use banking app or add cards to wallet etc did all resolution steps suggested nothing works

Hi @Polly1975  give sky a call on 150 so they can investigate for you and register which organisations you are having trouble with.
