Issue with mobile data

Ever since changing to sky, I have had issues with using mobile data. The Google app always gives a notification that I'm offline but still works, Disney plus has stopped playing any movies/shows but I can browse the app, exactly the same with sky go. If I use wifi or another persons hotspot, it works, no problem. Can this be fixed? I have tried all the help online by restarted and resetting everything and nothing works.

We have this issue. I have just ordered an new sim but have decided to switch networks as I still have issues...

I am having the same issue. I've used 11kb of my data this month as can't get on anything. I've reset, checked all settings and even reported it to Sky.
