Not receiving eSIM email

I'm not receiving the email code to verify my eSIM; I've been trying for 4 days. I've also tried switching off my WiFi as posted on other boards but it didn't help. Any idea how to escalate this to Sky customer service?

Hi @Mnpjs  the escalation team aren't available at the minute so either call sky on 150 from a different sky sim if you can or use the social media links at the bottom of this page.
