Samsung Galaxy extra gifts

Hi I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A56 on the 18/08/25 and on the site it had free gifts worth a certain amount, think it was a watch, charger and case. I haven't received any information since about the extras. Does anyone know how to sort it as its not included with the phone now.

@Jess+udall  When you ordered the free gift option it is clearly displayed at the ordering stage and still is, it will also be part of the order confirmation.

 

Did you not make a note before placing the order?

To get your claim in you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
