New contract when I thought I was swapping phones
So I thought I did a swap when really I created a new contract to pay for 2 phones. I was told I could reject the new phone on delivery and this would end the contract, yet it's been over 5 days and the contract doesn't seem to be closed. Also I traded in 100gb of data and got insurance for the phone, does anyone know what happens to that? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Jacob+66 when returns are processed it can take 2-3 weeks but that's normally if a swap occurs. Not sure how the process works with a refused delivery. All you can do is keep an eye on your account or call sky on 150 for any other updates.

Give Sky a call again on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.
