Good Evening, I had ordered a sim card from yourselves and it has not arrived yet, I had phoned your customer services department 2 days ago and they had said it had been sent out to the courier and should have arrived but I have still not yet received it, could you please advise on when I shall receive this ? Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe are customers here so you are not speaking to Sky. These sim cards are sent by Royal Mail and usually turn up with 2-3 days so if Sky have ordered it again.
