Received new S25 on OCT 31st but not received earpods and charger that came with it?

Was it an offer where you have to claim directly from Samsung?

Was it a S25 FE 5G your purchased, is so they should be sent automatically but this does depend on stock availability:

 

  1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE between 4th September and 1st October 2025 and receive a pair of Galaxy Buds3 FE worth £129 included with your order.

  2. The Buds3 FE will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. They will not appear in your basket.

  3. The Buds3 FE will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your new device.
