I need help
I upgraded in march 2025, I have realised I am still paying for my old phone which I sold once my upgrade arrived.
I called sky about this about 2/3 months after to get the old phone removed from my bill which they assured me they would however they never removed it,
What do I do? Will they refund me as over 8 months it's quite a bit I've unnecessarily been paying

Re: I need help
Hi @JJ1248 if you upgraded/swapped but do the swap part then you would still be liable to pay the remaining balance on the old phone. Upgrading doesn't wipe off the balance. Sky won't refund the eight months you have paid. If you upgraded at 24 months you will currently still have 4 more months to pay.

Re: I need help
A 'swap' requires you to return the old phone to Sky. (The residual value could cover the outstanding credit).
As you didn't return it then you are liable for the outstanding credit. (Which will carry on monthly as you've found out)
