Not in for delivery

I recently upgraded my daughters iPad and I wasn't in for the delivery. They attempted the next day and it has now gone back to sky. How do o get this order delivered?

You would need to speak to Sky to find out what is going to happen from now and whether they will send it out to DPD for delivery again or if it will be cancelled.
