Not getting texts

Hello. I received my new iPhone today and transferred over from an android phone

everything Is working except for texts I can send them but I am not receiving any. I have tried all the hints and tips but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you. I've reached that point but was just checking in case there was anything else I could do. I'll order it now!

Interesting you mention this as i myself have been facing this issue and have reported it to sky.

But must say it was intermittent not constant. Let me know how you get on.

i removed and reinserted sim and also swapped sim about 4 times but very annoying it is.

Just a wee update. Received new sim this morning and still having the same issue!
