Not being allowed into the ‘manage’ page of my mobile account
I have previously been in touch with Sky over the fact that i cannot manage my mobile or access my data piggybank. Someone was supposed to contact me this has not happened. I have now had a warning about low data. Of course it is, the sky system is not allowing me to manage it.
i have twice been promised 'The team' are looking into it. It is now over a week. I have had no communication initiated by Sky.
the website will not allow me into the 'Manage' page of my mobile account.

In the interim call Sky and see if an agent can move some data for you.

Thank you for your advice.
I have spoken to an agent & rolled some data over.
The lady I spoke to was very helpful & explained that others are experiencing the same problem. Engineer's are working on it & there is a timeframe of up to two weeks to sort it. This was new information for me.
So if anyone is also experiencing a problem of not being allowed into the 'Manage' page of their Sky Mobile account, this would appear to be the latest update.

Despite the promises and assurances I received a few weeks ago, the problem is still not sorted. I am still unable to manage my mobile phone account.
if anyone from Sky monitors this, please get it sorted.
i am hugely disappointed & feel I may have previously been strung along 😡

Is this happening on both the My Sky app and on the web browser version of your MySky account?

Any news on this, it is most annoying, I manage my grandchildren's data and can't top them up!

Sorry no,
I get a different perspective depending upon who I talk to.
In my most recent contact with Sky (Saturday), the chap told me it was because I was logging in with different details. I've tried what he suggested & it doesn't work.
Does anyone from Sky monitor these threads. This has been going on for at least six weeks and nothing is being done about it.
Quite shoddy by Sky!

No @PAS32330 it's mainly customer helps customer, what happened with formal complaint suggested above ?
