Not able to make a call using Sky Mobile Sim

My family is using 3 Sky Mobile sims, and none of them can make a call. We can send messages, and get an internet connection, but no calls.

I cannot call to real person because of the issue, have to jump on here for help......

Why suddenly it stops working?

 I can see there is an issue in our area. Thanks for your link! Hopefully they can solve this issue ASAP.
