i just recieved my new iphone with sim. already have an account which has an existing device in it. uppm following the instructions to activate bew sim, when i press the button that says "activate new sim", it only takes me to the mobile page where it shows the existing device and thats it, it keeps looping to the same thing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFrom the phone you already have with a Sky sim in it if you call Sky on 150 they should be able to activate it for you.
