I have a contract phone the specked has whent crackles on it can I get it replaced

Can I get my contract phone replaced if it becomes faulty

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If it is faulty it would need to be sent off to be looked at regarding it being repaired so no Sky will not give you a replacement device.
