Arrived in Spain yesterday, turned phone on and off and still no welcome text or signal. Tried everything on the help page. Please can someone help me get a contact email.

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
