No sky mobile network signal in NN6 postcode since 16th December

I haven't been able to get any sky mobile signal since 16th December. Yesterday (17th December) it said that there was an issue with a mast, but today it's implying everything is OK but it might be 'busy'. All I get is Sky-emergency calls only as my network. Can someone tell me what is going on and when it will be fixed.

Hi @Jimmyb14  it can take 24 hours or more for things to settle down after an issue with a mast. Hopefully it will come back soon for you. Is the service checker saying it's fixed ?

Hello

I have since gone to another area and I still have the same issue. I cannot even call over WiFi. It's as if I've been kicked off the sky mobile network. The only network I can join is 'Emergency calls only- sky'. I've tried across multiple unlocked devices and I get the same.

I would try using social media if you don't have another phone to contact Sky about this as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.
