I haven't been able to get any sky mobile signal since 16th December. Yesterday (17th December) it said that there was an issue with a mast, but today it's implying everything is OK but it might be 'busy'. All I get is Sky-emergency calls only as my network. Can someone tell me what is going on and when it will be fixed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Jimmyb14 it can take 24 hours or more for things to settle down after an issue with a mast. Hopefully it will come back soon for you. Is the service checker saying it's fixed ?
