Switched sim but my old number hasnt transferred to my phone

I recently switched from Vodafone to Sky mobile. I kept my own number. My new sky sim is activated but whwn i make a call it is showing up on the receivers phone as my new sky sim card number. Same with text messages,

Nobody can contact me either on my old number as it goes straight to messgae minder

 

Has anyone had any isssue like this?

Hi @Ollie37  when did you give sky your PAC ? Has sky confirmed the number switch ?
