I am unable to use m phone as it's saying no internet

I've had no signal for 2 days now, phone only works if I'm somewhere with wifi which is no use to me! Missed some important calls in last 2 days and now I'm told it won't be fixed till Sunday! Potentially a whole week with no service! I hope my bill reflects this issue this month............🤷♂️

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it's a local mast issue you will be relying on a third party fix as Sky don't own or maintain any phone masts. Once it's fixed you can always call Sky and ask nicely for a credit to be applied to your account for the time you've been without service.
