No service
I'm in the UK. My phone is saying no signal. I've tried turning off/on, taking out SIM and putting back in , resetting mobile settings, tried SIM in another phone. Basically I need to talk to Sky but can't find am overseas number. I can't call from this phone. Tried Sky UK but they can't help and gave me a number I can't use from overseas. At my white end as thumis is the only number my family have.

Re: No service
Are you based in the ROI? Your post states you're in the UK but you're looking for an overseas number.
These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …
🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from a Sky mobile.
🔶online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
🔶 Sky Assistant should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🔶Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

Re: No service
Sorry, I didn't make it clear did I! THanks for coming back. I am an ROI customer but travelling in the UK. None of the usual customer service numbers for ROI work from over here. I would have to find a +353 number. Have tried the bot chats but I told to call. I did try UK customer service but they couldn't help as I'm a ROI customer. Not loving it just at the moment. Tempted to cancel my account and change to another ROI provider just to get some signal!
