Fraudulent Sky Mobile A/C

Recieved a letter with my name and address on for a Sky mobile account thats in arrears, I dont or have ever had a Sky mobile. contacted Sky but I not convinced that it will be handled correctly as the Sky advisor didnt fill me with confidence.

 

Anyone know of a direct email contact to Sky fraud dept if they gave one and any dept in Sky that I can email so its documented that this is a fraud ?

There is no direct email address to any department within Sky so could try using the options here to make contact:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

 

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

Sky advisors cannot get their head around that I dont have or ever had a mobile account, asking me for the password on my sky mobile account.....how do i know that when it wasn't me ?? Then they say that they cant help as i dont know the answer to the security questions....ahhhhhhhh

@Kabuta  It may be worth raising a complaint using the options here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

You should be able to get somewhere once you've raised the complaint.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

See this link from Skys own website regarding fraudulent Sky accounts. It should include a general number to call

Saying nothing when asked why you're calling sometimes helps getting you in a queue for an agent. If it still initially asks for a telephone password say you've forgotten it.

I was acyually talking to an agent, unbelieavable I know !

 

Imagine me not knowing a password that someone set up on a fraudulaent account, hope these agents take on board and learn from this but i highky doubt it

At my wits end, contacted Sky again and they have no record of my previuos 3 coversations, Utter Shambles !

It won't help that there is no Sky account number to link your conversations to. Did you submit a complaint as advised earlier in the thread?
