I am a paid up customer of sky and my phone went dead on Friday 3 October and as been off ever since i cant send messages or use my phone im 77 years old and live alone so i rely on my phone i cant walk very far and i have only just found a way of getting to tell someone if this bloody things work i cant talk to sky it's impossible to get through to them
