SIM only order cancelled

I am an existing Sky customer and have tried to purchase a sim contract via a price comparison site. I filled in all my details and I received an order confirmation. I have now had an email to say the order has been cancelled after they have done their checks. I have an excellent credit rating and have been with Sky for years. Has anyone else had this issue?

If the order has been cancelled then clearly there is an issue so if you score is good then make sure all you details are correct and that there are no spelling mistakes on your credit record. Other than that it might be worth talking to a credit agency to see if they can help.
