No service

I switched from EE in may to sky keeping my old number. But for the past few weeks its showing as primary-no service.

so all calls ans texts are only sent and received through data. Ive rang for support. I was advised to remove sim wipe and try again. This did not help. Then was advised to reset network settings, this also has not helped. Can anyone else give any suggestions.
