Next day delivery

I ordered a new phone with Sky yesterday at around 1pm with the promise of NDD. When looking to track my order today, it just says coming soon. This means that it won't be delivered by Monday and I needed the phone today.

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.


When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales or stock availability.
