I haven't had service where ever I go with my phone but I can still make 101 calls. I've been waiting for a call of the doctors regarding my mental health I need this sorted ASAP.

Have you spoken to Sky about this? They might send a replacement sim in case yours is faulty.

I've tried 2 different sims. This is urgent. They said I had fraud on account and they were sending a email to get it sorted but I've heard nothing.
