No service no sim

Phone is saying no service and no sim without WiFi ive no way of using my phone for call or anything?

Is there a SIM (and dataplan) in the phone?

This is similar to the trouble I have. Mine is saying bot registered.... ive had the phone contract since July 2026

Sim in yes and pay monthly. Had it for years no issue 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ive jad mine for years then when I was out just lost all service and saying no sim. Without WiFi from home or work unable to use my phone for calls or anything 🤔

Mine has been saying no network and won't let me register on one either. Started about 3pm today. Tried everything even in sim manager and turned it off and back on. Still nothing. Service checker says there is an issue with a local mast but I've been all over the town today and had nothing. I'm SE England if it helps anyone

Im east midlands and it is saying the same for me and not able to use at all when out. Only with wifi

Yes, I had to uninstall and reinstall the eSIM. Make sure you have the original details Sky sent you when you first did it
