We have four phone from two different contracts, worked fine the start of the week, it all phones show no service in Minorca, Spain, all day today. Tried everything.

Hi, says page cannot be found? I have tried all sky online help, resending network settings and so on, any idea how I can fine out if they have an issue on the island? None of the help bot thing seems to enable a way to chat to anyone?

Thanks but done all this. Two seperate accounts so presumably a sky issue but impossible to speak or chat to a human.
