No order confirmation

I placed an order two days ago (it was a Saturday evening) and I'm still yet to get the initial email from Sky to say thank you for ordering, never mind an order confirmation email. How long can I expect to wait for this?

If you haven't heard anything about this order by later tomorrow then you will need to contact Sky support about it:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

ven't heard or can see anything regarding this order by later tomorrow then you will need to get in touch with Sky support about it.
