PAC code delay sky charging full contract term (2 days over)
A warning for long term customer SKY does not care for you. I have two mobile contracts with Sky so I thought I'd put my wife into it but the coverage wasn't good enough so we got then pac code, gave it to the new provider and all seemed to be good. However for a reason I still trying to work out we went over the 31 day period by 2 days. Sky are now changing and will not cancel a £124 early termination fee. I've been a sky customer for over 20 years. Criminals.

Re: PAC code delay sky charging full contract term (2 days over)
Hi @craggy77 if you were over the 31 day cooling off period then they are within their rights to charge the early termination fees. You could try a formal complaint to see if they can do anything but don't be surprised if they don't budge.
