I played an order for an iphone 13 mini 24 hours ago, no order confirmation sent to my email or on the account.
I can't call sky as my pervious phone broke which is why i've ordered a new one.
Is there any online chats i could use to find out if my order went through or not?

I played the order yesterday at 10am, and no message in my message center.

Find out moreIf this is 7pm today then order confirmation will not come through until Monday at the earliest due to extra checks that take place and these don;t happen on a Sunday (or a Saturday) so by Tuesday at the latest you should have received emails about your order.
