I return my old phone over 2wks ago still not gotten confirmation of receipt and subsequent money owed on the value

Hi @Blissful your tracking information should confirm sky received it. It's been taking 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed, sometimes longer, due to the high number of returns following the iPhone 17 release.
