Ok , heres the problem , I purchased a great used Iphone 14 pro , from a geood friend of ours , and went to set it up , I popped the phone next to my old iphone 11 , then let it do its thing , I was then promted to swap my phone number from the Iphone 11 , to my new Iphone 14 pro.
So pressing all the box's I said yes , hen it proted me to add e'sim ,which being in a bit of a hurry to get my nice shiney new phone up and running , did so , as unbeknown to me , had not a clue what an E,sim was , I just thought it what my sim card was called? any way plodding on , did everything the new phone asked me to do , and waited till it updated ect , then was told No sim installed ?? , went into settings , looked the network , there was two available , business and primary , so deleted them both as I just wanted my normal sim card .
Well now I have nothing , can only connect to wifi , and thats about it , can't ring out , no one can contact me , no messages , nothing .... why do the companies make things damn complicated for us older generation?
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to sort this out , I have tried re-seeting the phone 3 times , so fed up now , just wish I had stuck with my old phone.
This 14 is going in the bin .
