No network

I called yesterday to check on network and was told all ok but department going to check network but I'm not happy as I STILL cannot get network for my WhatsApp to work at all. Please help and get someone to call me on my mobile to help me. Thank you

Nobody will call you due to you posting on here so when using WhatsApp is it not working on mobile data and Wifi ?
