Hoping someone can help,
I was abroad over the weekend and my phone was stuck on emergency calls only. Phone sky who told me to reset my network which I did, however this did not fix the issue. Decided to wait till I got back to the uk and hope it just rectified itself, however now it's saying my sim is not registered to sky and it won't connect to any network. I have tried inputting the pan manually to no avail, I resquested my network settings but it wasn't sent to my phone.
i have ordered a new sim but i really need to use my phone for work today .... any advice please!!

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Home
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Home

Just wondering if you are any further down the line with this. I also can't use 2fa for work and can't through to anyone in sky
