No need

I saw a deal last October/ November and the deal was a laptop,dongle and sim so I could have access to the internet on my travels around the country but I have yet to been able to access the internet no matter how hard I try, what a waste of time and money, I've had enough and want to return these products I'm not going to keep paying good money for a service that I don't have so could you please send me a returns box if you don't mind unless of course you want to keep committing fraud by making me pay for a service I don't receive

If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges but call Sky to discuss the issue you've had/got.

@Cogsy+1

While there is nothing from stopping you from asking it is unlikely Sky will let you out of the contract you signed for the device.
