No mobile signal
I have had no mobile signal for the last 48 hours and your website advises that you are hoping to have this resolved by 8pm on 23rd August. I am unable to contact you by any other means as you don't have an email address and I am unable to make calls due to YOUR mobile signal being unavailable !This will have been a week without any mobile signal which is detrimental to my business! Please advise how you intend to compensate for this. This is not a one off unfortunately sky, the mobile signal you convinced me would be ok in my area is in fact extremely poor but I am tied in until December 25! I have been a sky tv customer for many years and happy with this service but sky mobile is very disappointing and not at all what was promised

Hi @Helen036 you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helps customer so no one from sky will respond. Once your signal is restored you can call sky and they will explain what compensation they will apply. Call on 150. Bear in mind that sky mobile is for personal use and they will not compensate for any loss of business.
