No mobile signal for 3 days!!

Is anyone else having issue with their sky mobile??

I've done that, and it's come up with a message saying they are doing updates in the area, and should be fixed by 12th December! Can't even ring them as it's my only phone and had no other warnings etc not sure why I should pay for a service I can't use! Very frustrating:-(

Hi @rebecca+northam  as it's showing an issue there is nothing you can do until it's fixed. Once it's fixed give sky a call and they should issue a credit for the lost service. Calling them now won't achieve anything.
