No mobile phone

This is now getting ridiculous, I now do not have any ability to make or receive calls! I have spoken with 3 different people and now I cannot even call you. I took a contract with you and wanted to transfer my old number and there has been confusion with another sim - please sort

Hi @Carol165  you aren't talking to sky CS here, this is customer helping customer. You will either need to preserve on the phone or give us fellow customers more information to see if we can help.

...but the complaint process is unlikely to be 'quick'.
