No mobile data since Friday.

I am n holiday and since Friday morning my mobile data is not working.  Its shows I am on WiFi but that doesn't connect either.   Sky chat is useless.  I keep asking for an advisor but never happens.   I'm ringing the help libe for mobiles but it starts off ok and then goes all weird and you can't understand anything.  It's driving me mad.  Any ideas. 🤬

Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.

 

That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?

 

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Hi.  Yes I've done all this.  I come abroad quite often and never had this before.  I can get online with my iPad and have upped my limit so there's no problem there.  I just can't get through on the phone.  It goes all crackly.  I am gonna try and find another number
