Signal and data constantly dropping off

Everyone in my area with sky mobile are having the same problem.whenever I'm on call it keeps going quiet on both ends so we can't hear each other for about 5-10 seconds before it comes back on,then it happens again about 10seconds later.also the when using data it's barely working as in it's impossible to watch a video or it takes ages to load a page?rang sky a few times over the last few days  but they said everything looks fine in my area then they cut me off and don't ring back?clearly it's not ok as so many of us are having the same problem?any help would by greatly appreciated
