No mobile connection in Austria

I'm trying to connect to any mobile network in Austria but nothing is working. I've tried the full set of suggestions in the Sky mobile help guides and checked all the settings. Not sure what to try next as I have no phone signal to contact Sky.

Have you a spend cap set and is it enough to cover your stay in the country ?

 

Have you tried searching for other available networks to see if you can connect to one of them ?

Thanks. I don't have a spend cap and when I try to look for networks the phone won't find any.

Hi @JMS01  sky have informed us previously that a spend cap must be set, it can't be zero.

Thanks. I had a spend cap set when I arrived. I turned the monthly spend cap Off following one of the Sky guides - I have tried to set one now but am getting an error message that the spend cap cannot be updated.
