Hello. I recently requested to have a replacement for an accessory I own but I have come to realise I no longer need a replacement. Can I cancel the request? Or do I simply not send it away when i get sent the envelope?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could call Sky to see if they can cancel it which they might be able to do if it has not been dispatched yet or if it is on it's way to you then you would need to arrange for it to be returned so Sky should be able to help you with this.
