I am going to Australia in November for 12 months, and I would like to keep my Sky Mobile and SIM as I will be returning to the UK. However, I will need to get an Australian SIM to use for the majority of the time when I am there. I would still like to be able to use my Sky UK mobile and SIM now and again to make calls if needed. My contract expires in June 2025.
I would just like some advice on what my options are please.
Many Thanks.

It's covered by the passport, for £2 for 24 hours access to your package:

Thank you.
What about my contract ending in June? Do I need to buy my contract out before I go, so that I can keep the phone? Will be phone be compatable/unlocked to swap between SIMS?

Devices purchased from Sky are unlocked - you can put any compatible SIM in it.
Data plans can be cancelled after 12 months.
Device plans can continue monthly until the balance is cleared - then you own it anyway. (Or you can clear any remaining credit if you wish)
