No internet

No internet connection when I leave the house . Cannot access data . Phoned Sky - India . Sent eSIM - installed . Sent 2nd sim for some reason ? . On to Sky for 2 hours with no resolution . Customer service requesting the last 2 personal numbers I called to help &assist which I refused to divulge . Transferred from EE to Sky . Wish I had stayed with EE . Can anyone help / advise
