No earbuds

Purchased new Samsung a54 on Thursday 16th, recieved next day 17th March. Just seen you now get free earbuds. Can I claim for these?

Hi @Danny24a  from the T&C's 

 

"from Sky Mobile between 00:01 (UK) on 17th March 2023 and 23:59 (UK) on 25th April 2023 will receive Samsung Galaxy Buds2 at no extra cost"

 

you just fall outside of the specified criteria, you could cancel as you are within the cooling off period, place a new order (for which you have to pass another credit check) and get your ear buds.
