No data

I've just got the Samsung Flip 6 on an unlimited data plan.

 

I keep getting a "No Internet" notification.

 

Followed by the words "you may be put of data from Sky. Tap for options.

 

I have tried the following so far:

 

Restart phone. 

 

Turn phone off, remove sim and clean, start phone.

 

Reset network settings.

 

Request network settings.

 

I have tried talking to sky over the phone and through live chat, both not very helpful. 

 

Any ideas?

When you requested the network settings did you get the message back with these settings then saved them

before rebooting your phone ?

Thank you for trying to help, its very much appreciated.

Once the connection settings  were confirmed as installed there was no option to save. The restart after didn't help either. 

I have also made sure that the data limits and data saver are both turned off.

Does your phone show at the top of the screen as being connected to Sky and can you send texts and make calls ?
